Office Manager

Responsibilities include

Managing Incoming calls

Maintaining an accurate call log 

Managing social media post schedules 

Photographing boats for new listings

Manage and maintaining boat listings

Assisting management in reporting 

Assisting in the creation and editing of YouTube content

Preform boat registration and other documentation duties

Prerequisites 

Experience managing a multiline phone system 

Experience with cross platform social media marketing

General boating knowledge a plus but not required

Proficiency with Google sheets/ Microsoft excel a plus
