Parts & Warranty Manager
Responsibilities include
Working with service in obtaining parts for jobs
Maintaining inventory levels and re-ordering when needed
Handle the shipment of replacement parts
Manage parts programs from suppliers
Maintain an organized and presentable retail environment
Work with warranty to obtain parts and resolve issues for customers
Maintain accurate parts inventory reports for dealership principals
Maintain accurate warranty reports for dealership principals
Staying up to date on the latest tech from our vendors
Prerequisites
Minimum 2 years experience in the marine industry
Clean driving record
Organized and self motivated
Strong knowledge of boats parts and accessories a plus
Experience with Lightspeed Evo a plus
Experience with YMBS a plus
Strong customer service mentality
